BT Jordan has been a dedicated coach since 2012, specializing in training elite defensive linemen as the CEO of Brandon “BT” Jordan Trench Performance. Over the years, he has had the privilege of working with more than 200 players currently on NFL rosters, showcasing his expertise and impact on the game.

In 2022, Jordan was hired as a Pass Rush Specialist at Michigan State.

NFL BILL WALSH DIVERSITY COACHING FELLOWSHIP

Jordan participated in the NFL Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship program with the Arizona Cardinals, furthering his coaching experience at the professional level.

2016 - 2018

After two successful years at Austin Peay, Jordan spent three seasons as the Defensive Line Coach at John Ehret High School in New Orleans before founding Brandon Jordan Trench Performance, in December 2018.

2013 - 2015

AUSTIN PEAY

Later that year, he moved to Austin Peay as a Graduate Assistant, coaching the offensive line and tight ends. During the spring of 2014, he transitioned to work with the Governors’ defensive line and was named the full-time Defensive Line Coach for the 2014 & 2015 seasons.

2013

In the spring of 2013, Jordan took on a Graduate Assistant position at McKendree University, working with tight ends and the offensive line.

2012

Trench Performance Elite Defensive Linemen Training

MISSOURI S&T

Jordan began his collegiate coaching career as an Assistant Offensive Line Coach at his alma mater, Missouri S&T, where he coached tackles. Under his guidance, the Miners achieved an impressive 10-1 record and a 7-1 mark in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
